Would it be appreciated if I compiled a list of all the winning characters so far? We might be able to come up with a few guidelines, like not allowing repeat nominations if a character has already won in a particular year.

It is the start of a new week, so it's time to revive this topic again! \:D/

This thread seems to have been consistently annually revived in the past, but for some reason it has not been written on in five years. I hope that we can get this topic active for a little while again.

Is this offer still valid, Tea Ess? I would be genuinely interested in knowing who has won over the years and setting up guidelines for nominations.

To start, I would like to nominate John Whittaker. I don't think he has won very often, and that is an unforgivable crime! :noway:
