The four-part episode about the future of the Meltsner family is currently releasing on the AIO Club! Part 3 released yesterday. What are everyone's thoughts on these episodes? How do you think this will all conclude?

(My thoughts shall be posted at a later time.)

Oh boy, this 4 parter was really good and sad and I have a problem with it. lol
Problem: Whit and Eugene were too hard on Connie. They acted so unfeeling towards her too. They both acted like they didn’t care if the Meltsners’ left in the way they reacted to Connie’s whole situation. I will admit, she was in the wrong but at the same time they could’ve been more gentle with her instead of lecturing her and not even trying to see Connie’s point of view. Whit never even sounds upset until the last scene in part 4 (more on that later). Any thoughts on this good or bad? I’d love to hear both sides.

Great/sad things: The wife’s response at the funeral to her husband’s situation and death was so sweet! Buck is changing for the better and it makes me really happy!! I loved hearing the actors sing Amazing Grace. I didn’t hear the characters, I heard the actors singing it. I know some people have a problem with it and I understand why but I listened to it from a different angle. I loved that they included the Bernard poem scene and played it in this episode. I teared up and still do when I hear this episode. The driving lines made me smile. I love that they could make an otherwise sad scene, funny too. Buck serenading Jules was really cute. Even though I hate that buckles is a thing, I still liked that. It was cool how so many characters made a short appearance. like Officer Burke, Bernard Walton, and Ted Humffreys.
All in all, they made the right and the best decision on how to handle Eugene. I commend them for it. I heard the death theories and I would have wept during the whole 4 parter if they had gone there. I think the only way I would have been okay with his death is if they wrapped up Novacom and Eugene died saving everyone’s life.
