Why did you pick the name latch?

I used to have dreadlocks, many years ago. Dread/lock = Foreboding/latch. I dropped it to just latch. The name stuck.

How did you come up with the username Spoon? o_0

That one has no backstory. It's another name I use occasionally, sometimes 'frosty spoon'.

Why don't you have an avatar? Or a signature? Will you ever get one or the other?

I have never wanted either of those things.

If I ever want either of those things, then yes.

That's clever. latch fits you in a unique way.

Salad, most of the time. Perhaps with some coffee. Then chocolate afterward.

Spring and fall. Winter used to be in the mix, then I decided to move to Fargo. It did not remain in the mix.

I haven't yet found a tree I didn't completely adore, although the kind with gnarly roots and twists fill me with wonder.

I'm not entirely sure how to explain why I /don't/ want something. It's simply never appealed to me. I have images and sayings I'm fond of, but haven't felt the need to pin them to this particular internet thread.

Good choices. Spring is my personal favorite, but fall can be very pleasant too. North Dakota would be miserable in the winter.

That is a good kind of tree. There's a black locust on campus that I particularly like, but I'm waiting until spring so I can see what some of the others look like in bloom.

Yes, I joined a year or two ago. I've been around the chat, off and on, for quite a few years.

I don't recall precisely, I'm guessing someone mentioned it on the chat.

I was not aware I was on a list of fantastic citizens. I feel honoured.

I passed through on my travels and hung out with her. She was in an area near where I used to live, so it was one of my stops. I did know it was Belle. Meeting people I've come to know online isn't a big ordeal for me. =p
