I pretty much love all tattoos, except those that are done poorly. But I like the cute lil geometric finger tattoos a lot right now.

Haha. Yes. I have had my hair many different colors. A couple years ago I went platinum blonde and from there, I died my hair purple and red.

Well. Today I did a story on a quilting group that is making quilts for the local victims of wildfires. They received donations from all over the world to help with their efforts. Donations of quilts, quilt blocks, fabrics, etc., came from more than 22 states and four countries for the victims of the wildfires in little ole Kamiah, Idaho. How cool is that!? Humans are good. ^_^

I actually don't really have a favorite. I have a very wide and varied taste in music.

Well I have a tattoo on my thigh that is about 11 inches tall by 7-8 inches wide. Does that count as large? If not, the answer to your question is still yes. I have a large back tattoo I want as well as a half sleeve on my left arm.

Well I'm still in the "first impression" stage, to be honest. But you seem like a thoughtful high-energy person with varied interests.

It'd be cool if there was an end to poverty and social injustice. I'm a journalist. Exposing important issues is part of the process of change. I also do online activism. I vote. And I'm raising my daughter to be awesome.

Probably an old dusty book store. The disorganized kind with creaky wood floors and piles of books that haven't been shelved properly.

Rain! And coffee.

I mean. I don't think life has any particular "meaning" other than the meaning we give it. I don't think we are all here for any ulterior purpose. So for me, making the most of the time I have is the "meaning." I don't think there is life after death and that makes this life far sweeter to me. This is my one shot. I better live it well. As for purpose, always striving to be a better version of myself gives me purpose. There's a quote on my desk that says "The only person you should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday." And I try to live by that.

People inspire me.

It probably isn't possible. But we should try.

I have a few. But Supreme Court justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor are pretty high up there.
