Sorry, but that's incorrect. Jerry Houser, the voice of Ben Shepard, did voice Jellyfish, but he was not the voice of Richard Maxwell.

Richard Maxwell was voiced by Nathan Carlson, as was the father of the character we're looking for.

The father I'm thinking of was in 8 episodes from 2000-2007, and was voiced by Nathan Carlson in 6 of them.

I actually thought he was only ever voiced by Nathan Carlson, but AIOwiki tells me I'm wrong.
