I don't draw a lot anymore, mostly just sketches to support my stories, but here are some of my old things. I can only draw very well when I have a picture to look at (a la Connie). And my subject of specialty is, of course, horses.

I put them in the fair with 4-H, and they got merit awards.

It's just that, with limited amounts of time, given the choice of either writing or drawing, I'd write. Creating stories from pictures made out of thousands of words is more interesting than drawing thousands of lines on paper in order to make a single still picture. If I do draw, I like to have some sort of narrative behind it.
