I watched a video about how to draw a manga girl, so I followed along as best I could(I hadn't drawn in who knows when...) But it actually didn't turn out too shabby:
Obviously the hair is a bit messy, and sorry about the big crease crossing her face.

well here is a tip when you make girls you should make eye lashes on the eyes that makes them look more like girls.

I would show you a pic but I don't know how to post pics on the computer I'm using. =]

Yea, I was just following the tutorial on youtube, and she used pencils with bigger tips, so it made the eyelashes look better. Hopefully soon I'll get a collection of drawing pencils with different lead thicknesses.

Wow! Very cool! Even though it's a little messy, I like the shadowing and the positioning of her hair! You did great!

No, I didn't say my FIRST time, I've drawn something manga-ish at least twice before like over 5 years ago. And I'm sure you'd draw fine.

I enjoyed this drawing, Metal, but, are you ever going to draw again as long as you live?

Oh, c'mon, Met-met!

You draw well...I mean, the picture's not technically correct, but it has personality.

Just think what you could do with some formal training and experience.
