What Version of The Bible Do You Use?
DISCLAIMER:This is to be a topic where we state what versions of the Bible we use. There would be nothing wrong with starting a small debate, but anybody who tries to trash anybody else's version of the Bible will have their comments deleted and have an official moderator warning.
Let me start: I use the good old classic 1611 King James Version of the Bible.

"Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts." - Jeremiah 15:16
I use the NASB, because it is what my Sunday school teachers use. It was also recommended by my Nana's best friend's husband, who is a preacher.

King James Version...mostly because that is normally the version we use in church. But I don't mind using other versions:)
I read from the English standard version or the Holman christian standard bible. I memorize from the NIV.

I use New King James version. My pastor says it is one of the best translations there is.

What are the main differences between the KJV and the New KJV?

Well, for the most part it's just some of the Old English being updated, though I do not like it. (No offense to anyone who reads it.) I read the first two verses of one one time, and words that I knew were either not there or changed.

I use a lot of versions... ESV is probably my favorite, though
