Man... I remember the days that I had to listen to parts of episodes backwards because the tape was too worn out to play correctly. So happy for digital episodes now, although listening to tapes still holds a sense of nostalgia.

I hear you Garrett! Sometimes I'll just stick a tape in, and listen to its warble. Then I'll rock back and forth, crying for the old days !
Then I get up and move on with my life ;)

I have every album made on cassette (1-45) except 4 (19, 20, 24 and 39 which I only have CD copies of) Eventually, I'd like to get cassettes for those simply to complete my collection. :)

No, I don't. I'm a 21st Century child! 8) I doubt I could get my hands on one anyway, as they're not available anymore.

And any you can find are likely worth their weight in gold.

I don't have any on cassette. They'd be fun to have, though...almost like a collectors item now. I wonder if there might be some on ebay?

The worst was when you're listening through your old batch of Odyssey episodes and you realize that a sibling that was listening to them long before you never actually made it to the side B of the episode, so you'd have to take the time and rewind side A

Or when you'd end up with a cassette with your favorite episode on one side, and a sub par episode on the other and you'd have to rewind it over and over to keep playing your favorite again.

This wasn't the case with me very often, though, since both of my favorite episodes were on the same tape - "Snow Day" and "Broken Window". I swear some afternoons I'd just listen to that tape over and over again. *sigh* good times.

Sometimes when I need an AIO to listen to and don't feel like thinking about which I want to hear, I will just push the little play button on my tape player and listen to whatever is in there. It's usually my favorite "Waylaid in a Windy City part 1 and 2" favorite episodes, and on both sides of the tape.

I love cassettes. My mom threw away a ton of my old cassettes when I was 10, so I lost a bunch =(

My AIO collection is part tapes but mostly CDs. I can listen to either at home or in my truck but I do prefer the CDs.
