Would it be appreciated if I compiled a list of all the winning characters so far? We might be able to come up with a few guidelines, like not allowing repeat nominations if a character has already won in a particular year.

It is the start of a new week, so it's time to revive this topic again!
This thread seems to have been consistently annually revived in the past, but for some reason it has not been written on in five years. I hope that we can get this topic active for a little while again.

Is this offer still valid, Tea Ess? I would be genuinely interested in knowing who has won over the years and setting up guidelines for nominations.
To start, I would like to nominate John Whittaker. I don't think he has won very often, and that is an unforgivable crime!
