I don't know. She's kind of annoying. I view her as kind of unnecessary.

I think Jules is awesome. Definitely one of my favorite things AIO has done in the past few years.

Admittedly, she's basically early Connie except with even more attitude and a worse family life. =p Nonetheless I really like her character.

I wouldn't say that Jules hides her feelings behind anything sinister; if anything, she hides how she feels behind the façade of apathy—she's too cool to care about something beyond "it just is what it is". The difference between Jules and, say, Vance is that Vance was doing the Perilous Pen stunt out of active selfishness and malice, while Jules was doing it because, as she admits herself, it was something to do. At this point, Jules is being confronted with the reality that life isn't something you can just skate through and seek casual entertainment from and expect to get anything worthwhile out of, not that she herself is a manipulative or cruel person who needs to change her wicked ways.

You're right. That is a more accurate evaluation of Jules. I guess she is just one character I didn't like extremely well, but maybe I will change my mind as the show goes on. :)

My thoughts exactly. Maybe one reason i dont like her ìs because people always put her with Buck and I don't like that.
