The Abominable Turkey is a character from the Thankstaking Story, which was a lot like How the Grinch stole Christmas. He's just a one time character.

The Turkey wins! It took a while. For the next round, I nominate Sarah Prachett.

She's not really a major character, but she's been in a fair amount of episodes. I really enjoy the way she interacts with the main characters of her time period. Instead of being a flat character, she has a completely separate personality and agenda from everyone else, without overwhelming the parts of the other characters.
