On August 20, 2012, my barely nine-year-old self signed up for this board. For reference on how tiny I was, here's what I looked like then: So I'm not kidding when I say this place was my childhood.
Since then, I've gotten to know the wonderful people around here, the ToO, and the chat, and it's been a crazy experience. My age certainly showed at times, and I'd like to give a shoutout to people like Sam, Audrey, and Doll, who put up with me back in those days (and now.) And also to the people who I've gotten to know better since I came back, like TS, Connie, and JCGJ. There are so many other people, but those are a few.
ANYWAY THANKS. It's been real.

SCHNOOOOOOD! MY LOVE! YOU'RE SO CUTE! omg you're so OLD now also I think I thought you were like my age that whole time. I remember coming back on the chat a couple months ago and slowly remembering you were like four years younger than me and being amazed.


Also, awww, I relate. I grew up on this board (and other ones) and it's so weird to see everyone growing up! (Including myself) I went to Ryan Matlock's (RyanCummings) WEDDING this summer. With two people I met through AIO when I was 13. MORTALITY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. But I'm glad we're all still around checking in. This is a ramble I'm just all nostalgic now omg

He did not! I think he met her through church. The first time I ever met him was on his wedding day which was super weird but awesome!

(side note: the whole wedding was kind of crazy because my boyfriend, my friend will, and i were all sitting next to kevin mccreary and talked to him for four hours...kevin is the sole reason will and i know each other, the reason my boyfriend and i are dating (we met because of ryan, who i met because of kevin's podcast), and the only reason we were at this wedding at the first place!!
