Disney never leaves a money maker untouched for too long. Pretty good for getting the hype up I will admit.

Believe it or not, I'm actually really excited for this movie. Cars 2 was absolutely the worst movie Pixar has ever made, which is precisely why I think this one will be amazing. Pixar has a lot of nerve to revive this franchise after such an epic failure, and I think they would only do so if they had a genuinely great story to tell. Because frankly, after Cars 2, this isn't the best choice for a major money-grab. That's Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4.

What the heck? It's a real risk for them to go that serious. The first Cars had some grit, but it focused on Mater, on McQueen's relationship with Sally, on Red liking his flowers. This is a whole new direction.

I absolutely agree with Woody, I was already somewhat excited but you said some cool stuff. My only reservation is I'm not that excited about going back to the Cars world. We get it. It's a world where everything's a living machine. That's not all that clever, there's not much room for creativity.

But Cars 3, still funny, I'm sure, but more serious. All for it.

Cars 3 will crush the souls of all the small children who adore Cars and Cars 2.

It'll be great.

I personally can't understand why everyone hated Cars 2 (I loved it), and I kinda want to see what they've got planned for Cars 3.
