And yes, I gave her permission to do it. You keep claiming that it is your intellectual property, but it isn't. Bethany acknowledged you, I acknowledged you.

Also, you claim that I should give it back to you and take it away from Bethany. That isn't fair to Bethany at all. This year, you're just going to have to accept that Bethany is running it. I'm sorry you forgot to post about it, but you also weren't active and normally post sign-ups weeks in advance. *shrugs*

Bethany is doing it this year. Perhaps you can work together on it.

And besides, we all know this is a rip off of the ToO's Random Roulette of Doom which is normally run by snubs, so yeah, no real issue here.

The work you put into this in past years is irrelevant. You didn't post about it this year so we found an alternative.

Let's face it. You drop off the face of the earth, never post, never get online, never mod, so what are we supposed to do? Just not have the event, out of hope that you'll mystically appear out of nowhere and do the event? No, like you said, this is a tradition. It should be done every year. And if you're not around to do it, then too bad for you.

Furthermore, as this article shows, ideas are not copyrightable. This event is an idea, implemented by you or snubs on the SS and ToO respectively, therefore it cannot be copyrighted. So bottom line this isn't that big of a deal. You didn't get to run the event. Big deal. You can do it next year.
