First you download it. Then upload it from a site like tinypic.com/ or imgur.com/, and then post the link in an [img.] [/img.] thingamabobbie. (Though the [img.] thing doesn't have an period)

Or you can just download it off the site then upload it with photobucket, which will give you the link already, just put the whole thing in spoiler brackets. You probably will want to download the 'Wallpaper' version.
