I think that if the joke actually reached from left to right over the entire page (instead of squished together with only a couple of words on each line), it wouldn't appear to be such a long joke. The whole 42 meters is measuring using the 2 inches of space across the page. The joke is still very long though, at over 11,000 words (I counted word for word...twice).
So this is definitely an interesting concept, but very poorly executed. I would love to see someone else to this in a more complex, witty style. (Also more sophisticated, as if the joke were laid out properly, it would be 4 meters, not 42 (I also counted this.))

What does a choir full of cookies sing?
Yes, it's corny, and yes, I made it up myself.

This may not work as well as in real life:
Knock knock
Who's there?
The interrupting cow.
The interrupting cow w--
MOO!
Then:
Knock knock
Who's there?
The interrupting pepper
The interrupting pepper who?

If her birthday was Dec. 31st, 2013, then on January 1, 2014 she could say, "Yesterday was my birthday".
Since later in this year (Dec. 31, '14) she will turn 13, next year (Dec. 31, '15) she will be 14.
Here's one I made up:
Knock Knock
Who's there?
Ammonia.
Ammonia who?
Ammonia front porch. Let me in!

Sorry to disappoint you. . Anti jokes can actually be rather amusing, if they're told right.

Chickens don't quack (at least, as far as I know). I believe you meant "duck".
