Yeah, Bren was lamenting that it hadn't been possible to put it there during the downtime yesterday, so I wanted to see if I could make it happen. People seemed happy with it, and it definitely has its uses, not sure I really like how it looks, but what does everyone else think? If we unload the "Global Announcements on Index" mod, it will go away.
