I've recently started to read With Fire and Sword by Henryk Sienkiewicz. It's easily the most vivid, beautifully written book that I have ever read. Anyone who is a fan of historical fiction would absolutely love this book.

I am currently halfway through Goblet of Fire, but I also started the 5th book in The Series of Unfortunate Event; The Austere Academy.
Wanted to reread them for the next Netflix season.

Yes, I like that! And I've found one really interesting historical fiction - "Man in high castle" by Philip Dick, that's alternative history after WW2. You may check the series or trailer as well, based on the book

I'm a quarter of the way into the first Mistborn trilogy book by Brandon Sanderson. It's a bit of a combination between typical fantasy and a heist story, and it's been a fun read so far.

Has anyone read science fiction or fantasy lately they would recommend?

I'd say anything Robin Hobbs is good. Brandon Sanderson also has a new Sci-fi Fantasy that is super good called Skyward.

Out of the Silent Planet isn't too bad. A lot of hidden symbolism.
“We all change. When you think about it, we’re all different people, all through our lives. And that’s okay, that’s good, you gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all the people that you used to be. I will not forget one line of this, not one day. I swear. I will always remember when the Doctor was me.” - Matt Smith

I'm reading The Plague by Camus. Enjoying it, although I prefer his book The Stranger a bit more so far.

I have officially read 83 books this year, and the last one I read was Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. Solid book.

Working me way through EK Johnston's Queen's Shadow, and while it's not the most well-written Star Wars novel I've read, it's still pretty solid. Costume porn galore :inlove:

Personally, I like That Hideous Strength the best, but the whole Space Trilogy is awesome. Lately I've been reading a really boring Russian novel called Doctor Zhivago.

I also have along list of books I want to read, I also plan on reading the Eye Of the Oracle. book, because it is the first book in the Oracles of Fire Series. Personally I enjoyed the Dragons in our Midst series. ( I also wear glasses.)

I've been reading a bunch of books. First, Murder on the Orient Express. Then, Johnny Tremain. And now I'm revisiting an old favorite that I haven't read in over a year, The Black Stallion.

I recently read Killing Lincoln, by Bill O'Reilly and Manhunt, by James L. Swanson; both are excellent books. I am currently reading Witness to an Era, by D. Mark Katz.
