After a suggestion from Wakko, this has turned into a general book discussion topic.

Read the final two books of the Cloak Society trilogy a few days ago. Pretty good. I hope someday I'll be able to write like that. :)

The Witchmaster's Key, a Hardy Boys mystery (one of the old ones). It had...so much weird stuff in it...but I loved the torture chamber part!

Finally finished High Druid of Shannara trilogy, plus almost all of Giver Quartet, plus a lot of miscellaneous stuff. Went to library on Thursday...oh yeah...

I used to read the Hardy Boys books, because my brother had the entire set. My favorite one was always While the Clock Ticked ;)

I LOVE that one, Stella! I need to read it again... :D

Today I finished The Elf Queen of Shannara, and am wishing I'd read the FIRST two books in the series, because now I'm confused as to what, who, where, and why in the world all of this is happening. Or something. But it was a great book...except for the part where, like, everyone DIES trying to escape Morrowindl. I have a feeling something horrible is going to happen to Triss in the final book of the series. O.o

I'm reading the light of Eidon by Karin Hancock. It reminds me of Helios. :-)

Just finished a book called "The Lost Years of Merlin." It was really good. :)

Next, "Catching Fire."

Glad to hear that. Maybe this will be the endorsement that makes me take Lost Years of Merlin off the shelf?

Reading the first Oz book really for the first time, I've only skimmed it before. Also reading Fathers of the Church which is eye opening.

The Oz books were my favorite series when I was younger! :o They're so whimsical and imaginative. I asked for them every birthday and Christmas, so I have a really nice set of them now.
