I like some anime--I haven't seen a lot. Bleach and Fruits Basket--Hetalia--some others.

The one I am watching now is Fairy Tail. I love it! The characters are so cute/awesome. And I like the storyline.

I'm not much for anime (I've probably been disillusioned by the bad anime drawings I've seen on deviantART :| ), but I've seen a few episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and I thought it was really intriguing.
