Re: What Book Are You Reading?

I just finished the book Grace Awakening a couple days ago, then yesterday I finished The Ravaged Realm the 4th book of the Legends of Karac Tor series, and soon I may start reading Church Behind the Wire.

Re: Jay: Good Guy or Bad Guy?

Jay is my favorite character since Album 51. He is hilarious, he has a kind side, but he is also kind of sarcastic and mean at times. Mistaken for Good did almost make me cry, that is my favorite episode since Album 51. I hope that he eventually does change, but still keep his humor and maybe sarcas...

Re: The N.C.S.C (no character stinks club)

Just wanted to let you know that I may not be able to make it to the meeting. My dad typically has us work on Saturdays, and I may not be able to get on at 2:30. Sorry.

Re: Why do YOU believe?

My parents and grandparents are Christians, so I've been surrounded by Christianity my whole life. I prayed to become a Christian around 8 or maybe younger, but I never was really serious about my faith. Then, when we moved to a different church, I started listening to the sermons. Before that I had...

Re: Crushes

No crushes on Odyssey characters or actors. I have had a couple of other crushes though, but they were extremely minor and went away quickly. There was one guy that I hung out with a lot when I was only like 10, and he was like 13 or so, but I don't know if it was actually a crush or not. And beside...

I absolutely love science, especially biology. Least favorite would probably be geography.

Re: Prayer Requests!

If you guys could pray for my cousin, I would be grateful. I can't go into detail, but let's just say that she is going through a very hard time and has pretty much turned away from God. She really needs prayer. Thanks.

Re: Christian Faith and Science

Who says that science and our faith in God can't coexist without Evolution? I wholeheartedly disagree with Evolution, and I believe in 6 literal days of creation, and yet I love science and believe that it shows that God exists. Evolution isn't actually scientifically proven. In fact there are sever...

Re: My Little Pony (and other "guilty pleasure" kids shows)

I love MLP. I didn't like it at first, but it had nothing to do with the fact that it is "childish". It was because of the magic in the show. But, now that my parents think it's fine, and my sisters love it, I really enjoy it.

Re: Musical Instruments

I have played piano for somewhere around five years. And I can play a tiny bit on my dad's woodrow, which is an instrument that's a mix between a dulcimer and a banjo.

Re: Wooton, Camilla, and Priscilla: Supposed Annoyingness

Wow, awesome post. And I agree with most of it. I really don't dislike any of the new characters at all. I miss the old characters, but I'm starting to grow fond of the new characters as well. I think sometimes that when I read articles or reviews about episodes or characters, it tends to influence ...

Re: Siblings.

That's hilarious, Samantha. :) One time, when my sisters had just gotten their emails, they started emailing each other. The only thing is, they were emailing each other from the exact same computer. So one would log on to their account, write an email while the other sister was standing there, then...

Re: Siblings.

I have a younger brother and two younger sisters. Wow, Suzy, I didn't know you had so many brothers and sisters! My brother and I also have a competition of who gets to sit in the front seat, since he and I are the only ones old enough to sit there. Sometimes my brother even tries to steal the front...

Re: So, You Think You Can Sing?

I love singing, and I've taken voice lessons. I'd say I'm a good singer. I got into an ensemble that you have to audition for, and I'm also in a choir. I can sing both soprano and alto, though I prefer soprano.

Re: What kind of clothes do you wear to church?

My family currently goes to a Baptist church, but we are pretty much Nondenominational. I always wear some of my best clothes to church, either a dress, a skirt, or a very nice shirt and pants. At our church, there's kind of a mixture of casual and formal, partially because at least a few of the peo...

Re: Would you?

I don't know what to say...of course, I'd like to believe I would, but I really don't know. I had the same thoughts, Renau. My first thought would be "Absolutely!" But then, when it came right down to dying, would I? I would pray that Jesus would give me the grace to do that, if that is w...

Re: Disabilities

I have bad eyesight and have to wear glasses, but I don't really consider that a disability. I know someone at the co-op I go to who uses a wheelchair because he can't use his legs, but I don't know why or how it happened. My grandma has a problem with her leg where she has to wear stocking to help ...
