Re: The E.R.K. (Emily Rules Klub)
Well that would certainly be dramatic, Kevin, but that's the KRE for ya. I think indoor plumbing is a necessity, I wouldn't dream of going down there otherwise. Tell ya what, bake me a cake died green, and I'll make sure you get your very own bathroom (I can obviously make promises like that).

Re: Is man basically good, or basically evil?

Re: The E.R.K. (Emily Rules Klub)
Well, PF, I was thinking Kevin because that's what Thor and I wanted the royal prince to be named. We thought it was wonderfully not royal. But the penguin from 3-2-1 Penguins is good. Or the giant mutant cockroach that lives under my bed and protects me from zombies (An inside joke in my family). K...

Does Catholocism/Orthodoxy distinguish between common grace and saving grace? Because I think the idea has relevance to our discussion.

Re: The E.R.K. (Emily Rules Klub)
I'm really on the fence when it comes to your nickname. Our family is known for nicknames, whether clever or lame, and if Thor (I just can't call my sister Purple Panda) gives you a nickname, I obviously have to follow suit. Decisions, decisions: Flames of Satire (I'm thinking too much like Sun of S...

Re: What Books Are You Reading?
I have now read the Scarlet Pimpernel. I really liked it, I loved the characters and I could really empathize with them.

Purple Panda (I don't know if she's revealed her real name yet or not) and I never agree on anything. Therefore I am not going to call you Sun of Sarcasm. Sunny Boy may or may not be permanent. Excitement? What exactly is going on at KRE that we could foil? Ummmm, we could try repainting our clubhou...

No, no, the gratitude will never die, no matter whether I am gone. Yeesh, it's a common expression. Don't hear it where you come from, Sunny Boy?

Matthew 7:17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Isaiah 64:6 All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags. Genesis 6:5 The Lord saw h...

Awesome! We got snow for my birthday on Sunday, and I was so happy (We're just a week apart, cool!). Youth group was almost cancelled, but I was all, "The cold never bothered me anyway."

Yeah, although I can't help but think that my dad will be a better driving instructor than Connie was. He took me to our empty church parking lot and gave me my first lesson earlier. Basically stopping and starting and stopping and starting, etc. I am terrified about going out on actual roads!

I got my driver's permit today! I passed the test with flying colors (actually I missed two questions) and I will get a purty little card saying I can drive in 7-10 business days! *happy dance*

If you're a wimp, I don't know what I am. I hardly ever play anything but creative or peaceful. Great house, though. Very impressive.Nelson S. wrote:There were so many zombies, creepers and skeletons down there. I had to turn my game to peaceful. Yeah, I'm a wimp.
