Re: Wooton
You're quite fond of straw man arguments aren't you? The point is, while it's possible that Penny is a Christian, it's never been mentioned, which should be a HUGE deal for Wooton, especially considering how long he's been after her, and how big of a deal he made about it last time. We could be &quo...

Re: Wooton
Be bored with Wooton's Penny-pinching if you wish. But it's adorable, and as a comedy romance, fairly well done. Yes, it's been done before. So? It's rather different this time around. Plus, what are you saying anyway? Characters should only fall in love once? That makes no sense. Wooton can only h...

Re: Wooton
You can't say that he hasn't lost a lot of dimension since the reboot, though, and you're simply wrong it comes to him not being an indispensable character. Wooton used to be a much more multidimensional, funnier (by most accounts), and deeper. More recently most of the episodes that he's been used ...

Dead characters
No. I don't mean the characters that have physically died on the show, nor the ones who's actors have not been able to continue playing the part because they died IRL; I mean the characters that just don't really have much of a reason to be on the show any more. For example- Connie and Eugene. Sure,...

Wait, I'm going to be called Faaron? But I'm the real Aaron... If anyone should be called that, it should be my biggest fan, don't you think?

Has this seriously been a topic all this time? HOW HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS?
I'm a huge fan. Love the show. I'd really like it if season 5 would finish coming out already, though.

Re: The Soda Shop's 1 Year Anniversary?
We'd love to have the party on our site, and we will still have a topic dedicated to talking about our experiences here on the SS in the past year on site, but we just don't have a chat of our own, and the chat room (even though hosted on the ToO server) will actually be a separate room than the reg...

Re: Edwin & the Orbs: What Happened???
It would appear the project has either been shelved or aborted. And that's a shame, as I was looking forward to this, particularly since it had my 2nd AIO kid actor and my favorite member of the Ceiling Fan crew working on it... Oh, well. Perhaps there is still hope for EATO. I don't know that it's...

Re: Lester
I can't say I don't miss Lester as well, but PF's right- lots of characters only last a few episodes. Look at Colby Cabrera. He served his purpose as a character (which lasted a grand total of only 3 episodes), and then was dropped. That's one of the hardest things about AIO. They create so many goo...

I'm an awful AIO fan...
It's been more than a few months since I've taken the time to sit down and listen to a full AIO episode. I don't think I've even heard one this year. What's the longest time you guys have gone without listening to an AIO episode? Also, what should be the first episode I listen to to break my fast?

For the record, I have several pairs of skinny jeans that I bought in the girls section, because they were cheaper than in the guys section.

I think the problem is that some people in this conversation are confused about the difference between ethical laws, and ritual laws. Not to worry! Phil Vischer is here to help! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQbo7vuQfCE

Re: Is it wrong for women to wear pants?
I'd like to change my argument:
I think it's sinful for woman to wear any sort of lower covering at all. Females should only wear shirts.

Re: Is it wrong for women to wear pants?
As far as Romans what would you say to Joy's question? What if all the women in the world wore skirts? should Christian women wear pants/jeans just so they can look different, not conform to the world, and "stand out"? What I would say about Deuteronomy is this: do you wear tassels on you...

Re: Is it wrong for women to wear pants?
I can't think of anything more unacceptable for women to be doing. It SPECIFICALLY says in II James 4:2 "And let your women not wear denim, for it be a shameful thing for the house of God." and Abner 5:17 "...Like the despicable and rebellious hand maidens of Job who chose to wear jea...
