The early episodes are amateurish because it was made by people doing what they felt like God wanted them to make with the resources they had. The acting and the production quality has improved greatly over the years. The last few albums have been killer awesome!

I could be happy with 1 season a year if they dramatized the rest of the Passages series, doing one of those a year. After that's done, I'd want 2 seasons again.

I think you're thinking of the Brinkman Family Adventures.

My sister bought both of the albums soon after they discontinued them. She got them brand new for around $10 each. My guess is they may re-release them as MP3 exclusives on the Focus store.

The Kidsboro series originally didn't have the AIO branding until they were made into an ominbook. The second version of the Passages books didn't have much either.
