Re: Seventh-day Adventist Q&A

Yeah, I did disappear for a while. I got so busy with school and my part-time job as well as extracurricular stuff that I completely forgot about the SS! Ok, so, the investigative judgment. Now, first I must say that I have met Adventists who do not believe it and some that completely twist it aroun...

Re: Crushes

God's girl, you are older than I thought you were. You're seriously 17? Have you guys noticed how unafraid we are to say things on here that we would never say anywhere else? I mean, I don't think you guys talk about this stuff with your friends, now do you? And, in case anyone was wondering, no, I ...

I agree with that, C-guy. We are only fallable humans, so we will make mistakes in doctrine and beliefs.

Re: Baptism!

Absolutely, T.S. I can relate to what you said. Your Catholic relatives sound exactly like my dad's family. They are all Catholics that only go to church on Christmas and Easter. I prayed for my grandparents every day for years. Thankfully, my grandmother accepted Jesus as her Savior right before sh...

Re: Methodist QA

I have a lot of respect for the Methodist Church. Because Adventism grew out of Methodism, we understand doctrine and the Bible in much the same way. I heard that Methodists today have drifted from the trational roots with the Wesley brothers. I even heard once that some Methodists even doubt the at...

So interesting to see everyone's beliefs. So far in the pole the Baptists are the majority which is a surprise to me. I thought it would be the Pentecostals.

I believe in speaking in tongues, just not unintelligent ramblings. I believe that tongues means languages such as Greek, Spanish, Hebrew, etc.

Re: Baptism!

As far as I know, Catholics do believe in immaculate conception. PF will have to back me up with this, but immaculate conception is the believe that Jesus was sinless because Mary was miraculously protected from sin by the Holy Spirit. I don't believe it, but I know of it because of my many Catholic...

Suzy, don't feel left out. I'm 15. And I agree with the others that your blog is very nice and you are a great photographer. :D As for crushes, I have never had one. I guess I'm going to be a late bloomer because I am not even close to dating or even liking girls that way.

I don't think they should because there has been too much romantic love lately. This is a kid's show. Radio drama, not romantic drama.

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Subjects in School?

I love English, History, and the obvious one, Bible. I hate Math (especially Algebra)! I'm homeschooled, so I do school at strange times. I just started 10th Grade last week and I think I am going to like Spanish as well. I've seen a few English lovers on here. What's your favorite part? Mine is Lit...

I read what you wrote on your blog and it made me feel so good about my biography of her. If you want to know where to find out more about her or her books just send me a private message. The SDA Church operates a website that has all of her writings and there is a TV show about her life and the ear...

The apocrypha

What do you think about this thing called the apocrypha or sometimes called Dueterocanonical books. If you do not know what they are, they are books that were not put in the Protestant bible but are in the Catholic one. I know some people say they are satanic and never to touch them and others say t...
