Re: Higher Than Our Ways

I'm back after hearing this episode a couple more times: I liked it. You bet that first scene had me curious when I heard it the first time, and that alone should've tipped off that it was Olivia who would, um, fall. I knew that the 'fall' could mean spiritual and physical, but I never considered th...

Re: AIO Quote Game

Here's some lines before and after:
"There's something about her talent that touches lives in a way that only music can, in a way my preaching can't."
"Music is like that, I guess. I'll bet she's been playing a long time."

Re: Please Adjust Your Frequency

I liked this episode. It was unique and probably safe to say unexpected. I didn't realize this would be the episode Stuart Allan mentioned in his recent podcast interview, so that was an interesting surprise. I definitely agree that the Jay-Zoe thing is getting old, but at least it wasn't so bad in ...

Re: Higher Than Our Ways

O.o :? I feel like the Odyssey team was messing with us. The album summary says "A GIRL" struggles with her faith. After all we've seen from Emily in LCTWTO and The Team, I think most of us expected it to be her who would have this issue. And then, Emily doesn't even appear in this episode...

Re: The E.R.K. (Emily Rules Klub)

Here's an E.R.K. poem that I recently wrote. I’m not that good at poetry, but it’s entertaining to attempt: The origin of the war can be found if we delve Into the past starting with the year of 2012 Soon after the debut of "Game for a Mystery" Was what resulted in a most glorious histroy...

Re: Bedtime stories at the Meltsner Residence.....

Welcome to the Soda Shop! (I'm pretty curious about your username) I've thought of this a couple of times before. Most of the time I come to the conclusion that Eugene and Katrina telling Buck about their general past will probably not happen. I agree with Polehaus53 that it isn't very common for Od...

Re: Avery Awards 2021

Well, seeing as how the Avery Awards have been going the past few years, I'm going to make predictions on what will win. Best Actress: Shona Rodman Best Scene: Whit challenges Morrie to tell the whole truth in “The Rydell Revelations” Best Actor: Robby Bruce Best Sound Design: The Rydell Revelations...

Hey, a horse story! \:D/ (horsey person here) I enjoyed it! Is it part of a longer story, or is it just a standalone piece?

Polehaus53 voted for Bernard Walton (4). Round #74 has begun. I would like to nominate Grady McKay for character of the w...

The Album 70 Q and A Podcast

It's out! Go and listen to it! :) We got a lot of information about upcoming episodes and characters from this podcast. For example, info on the 'snow' episodes, what will happen in some Album 71 episodes, which characters may or may not return, an Album 72 Buck-and-Jules three-parter, news that Jil...

Re: Album 71

I just had this thought about the episode 'Triple-Decker Sundae'. What if it is about Wooton and Penny having a baby? I mean, that would make the Bassett family three. And there was something about Wooton's skyscraper ice cream cone or sundae or something in 'For The Fun of It'. Don't know how the t...

This week, I nominate Rodney Rathbone! I was listening to the episode "500" recently and was reminded of how hilarious he is, even though he is a bully.

Re: Character of the Week

This week, I nominate Jay Smouse . For some, Jay is a favorite because he's a pretty funny kid character, but we can also appreciate that Jay is not a flat character in Odyssey. He does not appear only as a comedian and/or criminal. Over the years, we have seen that he has different sides. This give...
