Re: AIO Actors in Other Things
I found one unexpectedly on Saturday. I was watching the film "Unsung Hero" in theaters, and when the grandmother spoke, I thought, "Hey, she sounds exactly like Cynthia from Nightmares by Constance!" I just checked, and it turns out, they were both played by the same actress! Ro...

Re: Naughty or Nice
I only heard this episode once, so my memory may not be serving me correctly. :anxious: Before I had seen the episode summary, I was wondering if this would be similar at all to a Christmas Conundrum. (but we're missing Eugene :( ) I thought the whole thing of Whit scolding people who spent too much...

Re: Avery Awards 2023
Well, the results are in. I must say, this wasn't a bad year for my votes in comparison to past years. My votes for best actress, best sound design, and best scene won! As for the story of the Averys, I did enjoy it. Especially the part with Evan David laying out the cast for the Odyssey movie...

Two's Company, Four's a Crowd
Another Rydell episode! For the sake of my laziness, here is a link to a post in which I wrote my thoughts: \:D/ https://odysseyobsessors.wordpress.com/2023/07/25/twos-company-fours-a-crowd-a-brief-review/ But in short... Overall, I did like this episode. I'm glad it finally addressed the Whit-escap...

Re: Writers
I suppose I am a writer still. I used to write a lot more. However, about a year ago, my laptop that had all my work on it conked out and I hadn't backed up anything from it in about two years. So I lost about two years of work, which was pretty discouraging. But I'm trying to get back into it. I no...

Yes, that's it!
(and I should have posted this earlier, but for some reason, it didn't click in my mind when I saw your guess that I had to answer you and say you were right )

Re: Movies
Well, this topic has been quiet.
What has everyone been watching? I feel like I've seen several movies lately. Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Quantumania, and then Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse for the first time yesterday, since I might end up watching the new one.

Re: Star Wars thread
Alright guys, who's watching The Mandalorian season 3? I don't consider myself well-versed in the Stars Wars universe as a whole, so I won't get into much detail. I liked episode 2. Probably one of my favorites in the season so far. The part with the blood sucking monster had me creeped out. O.o Not...

Re: Official AIO Comic Strip!
I think the thing I love most so far is seeing everyone in different outfits I'm liking this as well! Well, guys, it looks like my deepest fears for the Comic Strip have come true... (spoiler warning) They brought Richard Maxwell back...?! :x  Okay...I sort of saw this coming. After they...

The Jacobs Report: Robert Smalls
Dale Jacobs returns! His last appearance was in The Ties That Bind, so this was pretty cool.
Also, this is the second episode of the year that is a historical story that involves one of Whit's Inventions.
What did everyone think?

I've been reading some random things: White Fang (again), Carry On, Mr. Bowditch, and now I'm starting on Tintin: The Calculus Affair.

Re: Thoughts on AIO Club Season 9?
My favorites for this season were "The Way of the Comic Book," "Results May Vary," and "A Friend in Need." Interesting that there were two "Knox On" episodes in one season. Six out of the twelve were stories being told through KYDS Radio or the Imagination Sta...

I'm not sure if I've ever posted my thoughts on Buck and Jules here before, so I'll just reiterate the standing I had before this episode: Buck and Jules being friends was...okay. But I was getting unhappy with all the hints at hype about them becoming a couple. First off, I find it interesting that...

So...this episode was interesting... That birthday party opening scene was, um, worrying. Are there no parents at the parties to keep the kids in line? O.o Seriously, though, the kids are using a table as a battering ram and there are no other adults to stop them? Also, a new Chris intro, so that's ...

Re: Official AIO Comic Strip!
Allow me to rant for a while about the Christmas series they just finished... Bernard returning is pretty cool. I really like his art depiction and the things he does in the series: visits Whit's End, tries to wash windows in the London Eye, plays chess, gets a squeegee for Christmas... Also, ...

The episode Marshal Younger mentioned that would deal with Jay's home life! As you guys can imagine, I am very happy with this episode, which showed a part of Jay that wasn't only food, comedy, or Zoe. And I am even happier that his dad actually appeared in the episode! Now, all we need is Mr...
