Re: Fan Fiction Competition
Sorry about that Carl, I totally forgot about the contest! The winner's work is very well written though, congratulations!

Re: Introduce yourself!
Hey folks! I joined the Soda Shop back in the day, but never posted much... With the ToO down right now, I just popped in to say hi! I've been a fan of AIO since maybe the 90s? Old school AIO fan here! But I haven't really been following the most recent storylines, pretty much clueless about what's...

I didn't see this until now, but if you're still waiting for entries I could probably find some old fanfic of my own to enter!

What? It's a-more Odyssey art! (Finally figured out how to resize pictures, luckily) https://s31.postimg.org/6g2miwi2j/marvin.jpg In my mind, Marvin plays on the baseball team at Odyssey High, when he's not playing basketball. Considering how he wasn't all that great at it when he was little, I imag...

Re: Smaug draws!
I don't have a particular style to most of my artwork, so I can never really tell how my drawings will look. It's Jules! http://i60.tinypic.com/692f06.jpg This isn't exactly how I pictured her in my head, but it's as close as I can get it without spending another couple of hours on what was supposed...

Re: Tiger's Sketchamascribbles
I seem to have a thing for lanky brunettes. For my part, I had a crush on two of those characters when I was younger. I seem to have the more specific taste of lanky brunettes who wear glasses. ;) Lovely work, as always. Those markers seem to leave some sort of textured finish (I don't know what th...

@Tiger, yeah, I always saw Liz as a fairly big girl. Not exactly overweight, just tall and broad.

Thank you people for saying nice things.
Here's more! I had to try drawing our favourite resident genius. Here he is doing some debugging.

"A sixteen-piece orchestra?" "That's a lot of pieces—do they even make that many instruments?" —Tom and Bernard And then Tom starts naming all the instruments he knows. "Let's see, now. What am I going need? A tuba, drum, fiddle, electric banjo... Even - even a bigger...

Re: New Disney Princesses
This is an interesting discussion. I'd just like to pop my head in here, though, and point something out. A lot of you are saying that Disney should adopt stories from cultures outside of Europe, and that would indeed be very wonderful, as it would be an opportunity to introduce diversity of culture...

Re: Can't Odyssey move on?
Poor Andre Stojka. I hope he doesn't read this thread. :anxious: That said, although it feels unthinkable to have Whit die, I found myself rather liking this. It strikes me as poignant. Killing off Whit might work for a few episodes when Whit is still fresh in everyone's minds and all the lessons he...

Smaug draws!
Hey peeps. I have a graphics tablet and sometimes I like to draw things on it. Like this young fire deer. http://i58.tinypic.com/260bbzt.jpg One time I drew a tutorial for my friends to use when drawing self portraits. It's a very serious tutorial. http://i61.tinypic.com/2qvh7aa.jpg And of course, I...

Re: Connie's Book
This is really awesome! :D excellent job, some of those lines sounded really spot-on. I've never thought about trying to write a chapter of Connie's book, but now I'm intrigued. It sounded like most of her book was a retelling of various AIO episodes. Is it just me, or would that be an awesome idea ...

Re: HSCG's art/photos
Wow, this is a great thread, your photography is really great! Some of those shots look really, really good, like the snake shot (must have been tricky to get right, I'd imagine!) Your drawings are also lovely. :) I really like your style, with the faceless characters. There's something very artisti...

Ahh! Aaahhhhh! Tiger sketches! Tiger sketches! They are all awesome, absolutely amazing. I think I've seen them all on the ToO, except that adorable one with all the Trandiness and the Christmas jumpers. *jumps up and down* PERFECTION. I love it so so much, everything from the colouring to the body ...

I know, I'm commenting on all the art posted here, but I really love seeing other people's creative works. This is great hooligan! (Your name is too long though... ) I like your interpretations of the official sketches. Is that how you picture the characters too?

Hey Connie, I love your AIO art! It's awesome! I wish there was more of this kind of thing. You should definitely keep drawing, I'd love to see how your art would improve!
