Re: What's the story behind your avatar?

Shnood I missed u ;-; Also, same. Weirdly enough, though this photo is old, it's the one my editor chose to use for my press badge. Which is the size of like, an 8x11 sheet of paper. So there's this GIANT decent photo of me on my chest, then you look up to actual me, with tied-back hair, a huge mask...

WHAT THE HECK THESE ARE SO COOL. Oh my gosh. I was opening these like "this can't get better can it?" AND IT DID. I adore your art style! I love how definitive it is, if that makes any sense? Like I can totally pick out your stuff from a crowd now. These are so creative and well done and detail orie...

Re: Castles & Cauldrons

DnD is so freaking fun. I genuinely don't see how it could even be perceived as Satanic half the time. It seems like something modern granola families would be all for - using your imagination while hanging out with friends to create super cool stories, instead of spending time on electronics? I gue...

i hate how good the new tyler the creator songs for The Grinch movie are. Normally I wouldn't recommend TTC on here, but hey, his songs are for a kids movie and they're clean. Don't listen to anything else by him @most people on this board. (I Am The Grinch is the specific song I'm talking about btw...

Re: Doctor Who?

I've been a big fan of Jodie for a long time, so I went into this season (haven't watched since 11) very hopeful. I forget how much Doctor Who changed and was taken aback at first - that's what I get for thinking they still rely on cheesy effects (which I adore. tennant era is best era fight me)! Th...

The Truly-Unreleased Episode

We all know that AIO has had quite a few unreleased/pulled from the air episodes, like Pamela has a Problem, You Go To School Where?, etc. But I was reading from Jave Griffin's Facebook (he played Jimmy Barclay) today and he was discussing how his kids were currently playing D&D, despite him starrin...

Re: New job

I did take a look at this when it was first posted and sighed. They must have hired for it by now, the post is down. But I remember it paid around $13 an hour, which for a 40 hour work week, 50 weeks out of the year, comes out to about $26k a year. I might be making things up but I remember Colorado...

I was on Copy Desk for two weeks (I applied for either copy desk or reporter, as did all my coworkers on copy desk) and long story short...it's a ...

Re: Zombie Apocalypse

Is it weird my partner and I have a specific meet up place in case some sort of apocalypse happens and we can't be in contact anymore? I read too many dystopian novels. Honestly, I'm a wimp and would either try and drive to my parent's place out in the woods or barricade myself in my apartment. I'm ...

I went to Ryan Matlock's (RyanCummings) WEDDING this summer. He didn’t marry another Soda Shopper, did he? He did not! I think he met her through church. The first time I ever met him was on his wedding day which was super weird but awesome! (side note: the whole wedding was kind of crazy because m...

I can't emphasize enough how amazing Rate My Professors is. It is a total lifesaver, and can mean the difference between a fun class and a miserable semester of busywork. AHHHHHHHHH YES. I cannot believe how many students don't know about Rate My Professor. It has saved me, seriously. it's never be...

Oh gosh, MF, we had a Welcome Week at college and it was almost all seminars and talks repeating the SAME. DARN. THINGS. It'll drive you nuts. Totally normal. Thankfully it all goes away after a week or so.
