I heard this episode live in 1991 when I was 10 years old
and it instantly became my favorite. Hearing it again 20 years later
just brought back the memories and I feel all should have a chance to
hear this wonderful story. Our flag and anthem are so rich in history
and tell such a story of courage and faith. To imagine being there as
Francis Scott Key penned the words is so inspirational and moving. This
episode is definitely one to hear, sitting with your children and
letting them realize that just like the Bible, there is truth in the
stories and songs we sing and hear.
