This time, the\u00a0<em>Adventures in Odyssey<\/em> team is getting ready to release two books for girls via\u00a0<em>Candid Conversations with Connie<\/em>. And these conversations are going to be very candid. In this book we\u2019re only taking questions from girls! Yep, they can ask whatever they want, and I will answer from my vast knowledge and experience. (Well . . . maybe not vast.) If I don\u2019t know the answer, I\u2019ll ask my friend Penny. We\u2019ve been where you are, and we know what it\u2019s like.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>You\u2019re not a little girl anymore, but you\u2019re still years off from adulthood. You still like to play, but you also enjoy having long conversations with friends. You sometimes want to cuddle on your mom\u2019s lap, and other times you wish she would just leave you alone. All that\u2019s pretty normal, and you\u2019ll see that from the questions we\u2019re answering.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Both books are set for a Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 release, respectively. With AIO devotionals for families available and now straight-talk for girls, this begs the question: Will we see books geared for boys in the days ahead?
