Due to the writers' busy schedules, and because of hundreds of letters pouring in daily, Focus on the Family usually answers questions for them. However, anytime you contact FOTF with a comment on what should happen on the show or anything else, it will be passed on to the writers themselves. The writers do in fact read through every letter when they get time.
