For some reason I thought you quit producing Odyssey last year, with the voice of Tom Riley passing away and the economic problems of the country. So I was pleasantly surprised to find out about album 51! But it seems like there has been a major change going on, with new characters and a new voice for Whit. Regarding the new voice of Whit, you can read more about that in a previous question, here. Also probably one of the big questions on everyone's lips is, why the drastic change in characters? Well, Album 51 marks a new era for Adventures in Odyssey. Call it a fresh start to the series. The AIO creators decided that they needed to re-work the show so as to keep it moving forward for years to come. The older characters aren't "gone" from Odyssey. The focus has moved over to welcome new characters and situations. While many of us don't like change, I'm sure there are some good things ahead. Stay tuned!
