Nathan Carlson

Characters
Nathan Carlson won trophies in drama
and speech competitions in high school before studying
acting and music at Normandale Community College in
Bloomington, Minnesota. He then joined Agapeland,
producers of children's records such as "The Music
Machine" and "Bullfrogs and Butterflies." His voice was
featured on several Agapeland and Jimmy and Carol Owens
projects. In 1986 Nathan moved to Los Angeles to pursue
a career in the voiceover industry. In L.A. he worked
with Focus on the Family among others, doing a variety
of voices for Adventures in Odyssey where he met
Phil Lollar and hooked up again with Jeff Parker. The
three wrote and produced Jungle Jam and Friends, the
Radio Show! and to this day still make each other
laugh their heads off and shout, "Write that down, write
that down!" Nathan voices various characters for
Adventures in Odyssey, including Richard Maxwell and
Stephen Straussberg.
