"Greater
Love" really set the stage for future episodes on Adventures in Odyssey, even though
the writers and actors didn't know it. One scene sticks out to me... the drowning scene.
Imagine being P.D. Barnes as he watches his best friend drown, and he caused it.
I think that having
the grownup P.D. was a wonderful way to show what years of sadness can do. Tom immediately
went home because of the heartache that P.D. caused. I am also glad that AIO let us in on
this story.
Episodes later for a small
storyarc on Tom and Timmy Riley include: "Timmy's Cabin," "Malachi's
Message," and "Passages." I really like how later Tom Riley decides to name
his kids center "The Timothy Center."
