Chris Wise
What do you like most about
AIO?
I can listen to a quality radio
drama that has Christian values. I also like the new story arc, and the Blackgaard saga.
How long have you been a fan of
Adventures in Odyssey?
Well, I first heard AIO back when I
was like 5 years old, my dad brought home an AIO cassette containing "Melanie's
Diary", and "The boy who didn't go to church". To tell you the truth, I
didn't even know the name of the show! I started to become a fan after I got my first
album Christmas 1998 (The Early Classics). Then I borrowed albums 2-10 from a friend, and
became a huge AIO fan.
What is your favorite AIO website?
Why?
I like the AIO headquarters because
it has lots of info, some speculation, almost everything dealing with AIO. I also like the
official site for its library and "Ask the Producers" that comes twice a year.
If you could meet one actor or
actress on AIO, who would it be and why?
I would have liked to have met Hal
Smith but because he passed away that's no longer possible until I get to heaven. I would
like to meet Will Ryan because he is a talented actor who plays my favorite character.
Which character do you resemble the
most?
I'm not sure, probably Alex
Jefferson in The Virtual Kid, and Eugene Meltsner.
Who is your favorite character?
Eugene Meltsner for his character and
his involvement in AIO throughout the years.
What do you think I need to change
about my website?
Nothing that I can think of. It is a
nice, very well done AIO fan site.
If you had one wish for Odyssey,
what would it be?
Continue keeping us wondering about
what's going to happen next until the show ends. Also a new AIO for every week of the
year.
How do you imagine Whit's End and
the town of Odyssey?
A nice peaceful and exciting place
set in its own world very similar to ours, that deals with a lot of the same and unusual
circumstances we face.
What is your favorite section of the
official site?
The library because it is a lot like
an add-on to the complete guide.
What is your favorite section of my
website?
I have not been through the entire
site, but I have had a pretty good look and I think it is all very nice.
What do you think AIO should do in
the future?
Continue the Novacom story arc
(which I know they will). We should also learn more about AREM and Mr. X (which we probably
will). They should also bring back Richard Maxwell and perhaps Phillip
Glossman.
What do you think of the AIO album
series?
It's great, I really enjoy AIO. To
me AIO is the audio series.
What do you think of the AIO book
series?
I have only read the passages series
and it is excellent.
What do you think of the AIO video
series?
It isn't that great. Some videos are
pretty good like "The Last Days of Eugene Meltsner", while others that I have
seen are not so good. But that is just my opinion.
Would you ever consider working with
AIO and why?
Maybe, I would like to be involved
with the engineering, and perhaps the official site.
What is your favorite emotional
episode and why?
Out of the ones I can think of
probably "The Mortal Coil", "Gone", and the "Darkness before
Dawn" album because they are some of my favorite episodes. "The Mortal
Coil" and "Darkness before Dawn" are exciting and "Gone" is
interesting when you listen at how well they got Whit to talk, even though Hal Smith
passed away.
What is your favorite episode of all
time?
I am not sure, but I do like the
Blackgaard Saga.
Do you have any comments,
questions...?
Great Site!
