I am wondering, I want a picture of a Metroid as my avi, but I want to know if i can decrease the image size, but keep it fully intact? Also can someone make a Metroid sig with a Metroid with the background of Outer Space.
EDIT: Never mind I just used PicMonkey to decrease the size.
