The very first time I listened to this episode, I thought that it was...relatively annoying (sorry Eugene, pardon my pun...) but, it gradually grew on me...a little bit.  It still isn't one of my favorites,  but, it's a pretty good episode.  I definitely did not appreciate the toenail thing, but I think the worst thing about it was how Alex kept on smarting-off to his grandpa!  It was so...argh, annoying!  Respect and nothing less should be shown at all times to our elders.  Obviously, I'm not perfect in this area, nobody is!  But, it seemed very over-done!  I think that my favorite part was when Alex was talking about how he hurt his arm, and his grandpa wrapped it in duct-tape...lol.  I liked the twist with the grandfathers friends, it was...sentimental.  I think that it was sweet how Grandpa had planned everything about how to tell his wife about their trip to Alaska, it showed that he did have some heart in him!  Maybe some day I will learn to appreciate this episode more and it will be one of my favs., but for now, I think I'll just give it 3 1/2 cones.

I felt sorry 4 Alex the whole show. It's cool how in the end Grandpa turned out 2 B really sweet and bought Grandma a vacation. However, AIO ruined my good thoughts of ketchup in this episode!

My family and I listened to this and we could not stop laughing! I think this is a great episode. The scene where the grandparents are eating dinner with Alex is the funniest one. If you haven't heard this episode yet you really need to! Its fantastic.
