June Kendall
June Kendall serves no easy purpose in
Odyssey: to keep track of her daughter Connie Kendall. Mrs. Kendall
occasionally shows up in episodes to give Connie advice or insights.
Ironically, she grew up in Odyssey, as stated by Connie on the show.
June married Bill Kendall years before Connie moved to Odyssey. While
they were living in California, June and Bill divorced, leaving June
with custody of Connie. On special occasions, she allowed Connie to
visit her father. In years past, June was upset and even angry at Bill
for leaving her, but she no longer has anger issues. Her ex-husband has
tried other marriages, but all have failed. June is only one of Bill's
many wives, all named after months of the year.
June is a mild-tempered woman with a job
in business. She doesn't get angry often, but she does have to put up
with her daughter's outspoken and stubborn nature. She has lived in
Odyssey once again ever since Connie moved there. Her daughter became a
Christian years before she did, and the loss of Bill Kendall's mother
pushed her in the right decision.
Connie currently resides in Odyssey and
shows up every now and then. Due to her new-found Christianity, she has
grown as a Christian and has solid convictions.

consistently since her appearance on Adventures in Odyssey.

connect with June even though she appears in several episodes.
