Get Ready
Oh,
I'm just putting some last minute touch-ups on the special
surprise I have in store for you all tomorrow. As I've already
said, it's enough to blow your mind. Hopefully you're curious
enough to check back tomorrow to see what it's all about!

No Way In
Part
Two, No Way In [#547],
airs today! According to the Official
Site, Whit finds
himself in a strange and dangerous situation that he can't
understand or control. It's definitely worth hearing. Now,
as the season finale has just hit us, also another series is
starting called "The Last Chance Detectives" in the
normal Saturday time slot. Be sure to tune in for this week's
show and also LCD next week!

Something Will Change
As
for me, I'm nearing the end of the week and I will be graduating
on June 6. I'm working hard here and there, studying for final
exams, and putting some closure on my education. I'll be out in
just a few short days...

Something's Got to Change Review
As
I promised on the Town
Hall yesterday, here is my review of yet another episode:
Something's
Got to Change
*****
"...this radio program is produced by a ministry
called Focus on the Family, 'dedicated to the preservation of the home'...
Marvin’s scrupulous disrespect doesn’t seem to line up with this
ministry’s standards.”

I
actually agree with the title given this episode, interestingly
enough. Find out over at Reviews.

No Way Out
It's
what we've all been waiting for, at least I have. Whit
finds himself in a strange and dangerous situation that he can't
understand or control in No Way Out [#546].
Be sure and
listen.
And
with today's show comes my new critique, now available at
Reviews:
No
Way Out
Rating

"...this
episode sounded as if it was dragged from an old, forgotten,
dusty book from the 1930’s, refurbished, and re-catalogued
and reformatted to fit the airwaves of radio."

As
much as I'd like to say it was a satisfactory episode that
resulted from a long wait, it was different. Find out by reading
my review!

Split Ends Review
I
know this is random, but my new review
of Split Ends
is now up.
Split
Ends
*****
"Split
Ends
captures
the true heart of the oddities sprinkled throughout the
radio program we know as Adventures in Odyssey."

In
other words... happy Friday! I will be working hard on getting
more reviews done in the future.

Corrections
I
have one correction to make in regards to May 17th's post. In my
last update I stated that June 1st is the day I graduate, yet in
reality, June 6th is the official graduation commencement
ceremony.
It's
also interesting to note that while I talked about my future
plans to release a "special something" on the site, as
mentioned in the May 3rd post, that "special
something" will not be released on or before June 1st. This
project that is "enough to blow your mind" is a
completely separate project altogether. That "special
something" mentioned on May 3rd will hit the site by
surprise at a later time. I hope this has been helpful to you. I
will probably reveal a few more unveiling clues in future
days.

06.01.04
Unveiled:
something that will not happen until my last day of school until
I graduate. 06.01.04: the day I graduate. It's enough to blow
your mind.

Something's Got to Change
An
all-new Adventures in Odyssey episode airs today, and
that would be Something's Got to Change [#545].
According to the official summary, Marvin
and Tamika try to find out the odd changes that are going on in
their family since their dad took his new job. It sounds to
be an average episode in the season. What I'm really looking
forward to is next week's show. Listen at
Oneplace
if you do not have a local radio station.

May Airing Schedule
Sorry
I'm so late with the update to this month's airing
Schedule,
but I will admit my laziness in getting it updated. As for other
news, Something's
Got to Change airs tomorrow, so don't forget to
keep your ears cleaned out and be ready to tune in.

Episodes Updated
If
you're interested in seeing the back cover to
In
Hot Pursuit, it's now up. Also I've updated the
2004
Episodes page with a couple more episodes, some summaries; all
to get caught up with site-wise. Now maybe if I can get my tail
moving, we'll be seeing some Reviews
now and then. In regards to updates in the future, my lack of
motivation appears to be deteriorating for the time being, so
you may see some new things popping up on the site.
Over
at the Official Site
they've released a few goodies, enough just to keep our AIO ears
wide open. If you head to their main page you'll notice that a
scene from No Way
Out has been posted for sneak peek enjoyment. The teaser
for Something's
Got to Change has been posted as well. There's new
episode jitters afoot as fans everywhere talk about the new
episodes coming up.

Into the Archives
It's
the tenth day into May and I finally motivated myself to archive
April's updates. Now the page should load more quickly and we can get
going this month. This week, Lord-willing, I will be updating
the Episodes section with some
more info and we'll see an increase in updates.

Split Ends
Be
sure and tune in on the radio or at
Oneplace
for Split Ends [#544]. According to the
Official
Site, Mandy and Liz find that they will be competing
against each other to get a spot in a commercial. It
sounds to be a pretty interesting continuation of the Liz/Mandy
dispute.
On
minor note, I have been lagging behind on the
Episodes
section. I need to get a few things up to date in the next week
or so. Also, if you purchased a copy of Gold Audio albums
4
or 5 and you didn't receive the
special inserts, the Official
Site has now posted a
form to get in contact with them to get your own inserts.

Town Hall Talk
Nothing
new on the web to report today, although I was visiting the
Town
Hall and came upon
this
thread. It was a pretty interesting read and you'll probably
think so too. While it isn't necessarily accurate (I'm sure the
AIO team hasn't planned things as mentioned in the post), it is
a nice thing to think about.

Soda Fountain Adds Character
On
May 3rd, the Soda Fountain
finally released its "exhaustive" character listings.
I don't know about you, but I've certainly been waiting around
for them. Be sure and check them out, for the work involved is
great. Webmasters have a lot of work to keep up with.

An Update Or Two
Remember
several days ago I mentioned that things were so hectic with
term papers and such? Well... work has finally resumed on that
"special something" I had in mind for the website. I
hope to release it as soon as possible. If you're interested to
know what this "special something" entails, then read
the following hint, think about it, and then find the exact
sentence written somewhere on the website. Where you find it
will fill you in on what the "special something" is.
Hint:
Fortunately, these dramas were recently posted over at the
Sound
Clips section, so go listen if you haven't already!

Nothing But the Half Truth
Something
went wrong with the server yesterday, so I was not able to
update, nor post any information about the episode airing this
weekend. Wellington calls Wooton
for a favor. He's supposed to meet a business client. There's
only one problem...Wooton is not allowed to say anything.
Find out what it's all about by tuning in at Oneplace to hear Nothing
But the Half Truth [#543].
