I
got motivated again and updated the Albums
page with several more "Special Albums," including: Family
Portraits, More
Than Sundays, Chronicles,
Kings & Crosses, and Good
Grief: God's Love in the Midst of Sorrow. This is
only one of the minor advancements the section will make in the
next few weeks. I'd like to "fill in the gaps" and get
things posted that haven't had a chance to appear there yet. I
may need some help compiling some of the product images, which
is where you may be able to help. I'll post some more
information if the time arrives. I am also in the process of
reformatting the section to fit the design of, for instance, The
Adventure Begins page. For now, go ahead and check out the
new info on "AIO
FaithLaunch."

I've
gone ahead and updated the Merchandise
pages for albums 4 | 5
| 41. These pages contain some
new images of the coverarts. Also a new product, AIO
FaithLaunch, will be released soon. It doesn't have a
specific name, but that's what Focus on the Family seems to call
it. It only costs $10.00, but I don't place much on special
albums anyway. Also the News page is finally
updated, so check it all out. I hope to update the Merchandise
section further in the days to come.

Oh,
I'm not up to much; just working on a new design for something.
I started working on it yesterday and have been pleased with the
results so far. You'll have to keep checking back because I'm
not willing to reveal which section this is for or what the
design looks like. It should be a lot of fun.

So
what's new on the web? Recently, The
Soda Fountain decided to put up a ton of trivia questions
that are sure to keep you challenged. Future categories will
follow, but for now, why not check out the first one hundred? Frank's
Breakfast Inn is experimenting with a few ads
related/mentioned on the AIO show itself. It's pretty
interesting to see the new ads every day or so.
"Frank" (that's what the Odyssey Scoop "Top
Cone" calls him) has shown quite a bit of improvement with
his website and I'm pleased with what I've seen so far. As for
me, I created a nifty "AIO on the Go" logo for the fun
of it. There's just something fun about sharing art with the
world at-large. Somehow it somewhat resembles a stick figure
I've seen somewhere else. Isn't that something?

It
looks like Paul McCusker is busy with more "Father Gilbert
Mysteries." The third installment is pictured at the right
and will feature two new shows,
one of which is supposed to be scarier than Dead Air.
According to Tyndale:
In
this latest installment of the Father Gilbert Mysteries,
intrigue abounds in The Play's the Thing and The Gray Lady.
Father Gilbert must find out who's behind the suspicious
"accidents" in The Play's the Thing. But everyone in
the acting troupe seems to be a suspect!
Two
identical murders take place within two days on the Woodburton
Army Base--and the suspects swear a ghost is responsible!
Father Gilbert faces a dangerous conspiracy in The Gray
Lady--or is there something truly supernatural at work? Two
original Radio Theatre audio dramas with outstanding actors
and cinema-quality sound design.

I'd
like to thank so many people who have helped me in providing
further evidences for the Where
Odyssey Is Not section. I have received such a large amount
of help from fellow AIO listeners, and now all that help has
been posted. As well as the new states provided, you can also
read about a state that stands out from the rest. Find out why
by visiting one of the most talked-about sections on the website
in recent days!

Well,
as an update from yesterday, we've made the transition to the
new format. I told you that nothing would look any different. If
you mouse over any of the links on the navigation bar, you'll
notice that all the links are now in an easier to remember
format. Every link on the website has been edited to fit the new
setup, so if you notice any broken links, be sure and let me
know where they are. Also, thanks to the help of a friend of
mine named Jared Walczak, we now have a page to make up for the
old links, meaning that new visitors searching through major
search engines will be brought to a page telling them that the
specified file has been either moved or does not exist. This
will help draw visitors into the site, and we get to change our
format in the process. Win/win situation.

It's
getting to that time where the website is getting so big that I
don't know what to do with it. Behind the scenes I am working on
a way to keep the site more organized, files in better
condition, and a slightly different format, behind the scenes
that is. Nothing will change externally (what you're seeing),
but it's been long-needed for some time now. I'll be switching
to this new format and you probably won't even notice. Don't
worry; I'll fill you in when things change.

What
is your favorite episode of the Spring Season 2004 so far?
In
other news... The Town
Hall is back, so be sure and head back over to start
posting.

March 16, 2004
So
what do I look like now? Several visitors have approached
me about the subject via e-mail, and I finally got motivated to
get my photo up. Not only have I updated with a picture from
2003, I have also updated with a spiffy, creative photo that my
cousin put together, as seen at the top of the About
the Webmaster section. So if you're one of the many who have
been wondering what my face looks like now, it's up. Just don't
look at it for too long. You might become just like me.

If
you are a frequenter of the Town
Hall message boards, then you are probably not happy. Some
sort of error has occurred which seems to knock the message
board post-less. Don't worry... It'll be functioning as normal
one of these days. It's just a shame that this type of thing
tends to happen to the mother of all message boards. I myself
enjoy "frequenting" the site, though I do not post
faithfully.

It's
been a while, but I've archived all the past Forums
Weekly topics and started a new forum. Be sure to submit
your thoughts within the week and read others' responses as they
appear. If you haven't gotten a chance to check out the
newly-revamped Interviews section,
then head on over! Today seems to be a random updates day
because the Fan List has grown by two
more names.
Friday,
March 12, 2004
As
promised, today is the day of the release of the
newly-redesigned Interviews section
which you can click over to now! Not only have we updated with
twenty (yes, twenty!) new interviews, we've also updated the
general look of the section! Be sure and check it out. And
remember... it's best to read at your own pace. If you try to
read all the new interviews at once, you won't get anything out
of them except for a headache. These are meant to be digested
slowly. You've got time, right? I had felt for a while that the
section needed some enhancing, and today's the day. To all of
you who waited so patiently to see your interviews posted, I
thank you. It's a tough process sifting through interviews and
getting them ready for the web. You'll notice now that all the
names have been alphabetized; that is only one of a few
enhancements.

March 10, 2004
In
regards to yesterday's update, I have another update to share
with you. Work has drastically progressed on the Interviews
section and it's just about done. I decided that the section is
getting a bit warmed over/stale, so I thought I'd conjure up a
semi-redesign for it. I guess I'll go flip the rest of the
pancakes and make sure one side doesn't get burnt.

You
know, I've learned so much over the past three years some of the
things you need to do to keep a site running and what not to do,
and one thing I have never been good at is keeping certain
sections up-to-date as fans interact. So this week it's been
quite a crazy experience preparing a ton of interviews to be
posted later in the week (or next week). You may be surprised at
the number of interviews that will be added to the collection in
the coming days!

If
you haven't gotten a chance to listen to Bernard and Saul [#541]
yet, then head over to Oneplace
and listen. Bernard tells the story of Saul, a man who went
looking for some lost donkeys and came back anointed king of
Israel. I heard it yesterday and it was definitely one of
the better and more memorable episodes this season.

It
looks as though the Official
Site got tired of updating their "Odyssey Times"
section (it hasn't been updated in over two years) and so
they've replaced it with the latest news on upcoming products.
It's not much of an update, but it's worth looking into. Their
delightful "Odyssey Scoop" articles are now available
on the site (the name is wonderful, isn't it?), their previous
location being at the Clubhouse
website.

Oh,
I'm just getting things back into gear now that I'm back from
Chicago, enjoying the familiarity of my own bed. This week I
plan on working on a few things, possibly getting some more Interviews
for the web, and also catching up on some Reviews.
I had the opportunity to see "The Passion of the
Christ" this weekend with my family and it was a very
touching movie, as well as hard to watch. I don't usually
promote R rated movies, but this is the first one. I don't
necessarily agree with some of the attributes presented in the
film but the accuracy of the story and events is wonderful. Go
see it if you haven't already.

This
news is a little late for AIO on the web, but it's definitely
worth mentioning. Back when Shadowpaw worked as an intern for
Focus on the Family, he had the opportunity to work with the AIO
team and make the Novacom story arc come to life. Now he has
posted a very descriptive summary of how it went, what he
learned, and a large photo gallery on the time. Check out
"The Odyssey Scrapbook" at the Soda
Fountain today.
