Well, Matt, you're in luck because I know this answer! Katrina Shanks was originally played by actress Pamela Hayden. Due to personal reasons, Pamela has decided to say goodbye to her role on Adventures in Odyssey. I'm sure many of us are upset that Katrina's voice has been replaced by actress Audrey Wasilewski, but from what I've heard, she has done a good job filling the role.
