Yes, Wooton writes the Powerboy comics, but we have yet to see why these little comic books are so popular. They sound stupid to me. Perhaps it's because such a strange yet likeable person wrote them? The truth about Powerboy's writer came out in Rights, Wrongs, and Winners.
