In Best Laid Plans, is the person whose named Tony the same Tony that's in the episode Chains? Their voices sound the same and they're the leader of the same gang, so I'm not sure if they're the same character or not. -Submitted by Rose (AlexCalandJaredFan)

Tony first appears in Best Laid Plans, but the team may have not thought about it too much. He later shows up in Chains and we learn a little more about his character. It's interesting to note that Tony is played by Fabio Stephens, our very own Curt Stevens from the past!
