Well the answer to that could be
divided up into two questions: Who is Melvin? and What happened to Melvin?
First, if you have never heard
the episode titled "Tornado!", then you have no idea who Melvin is. Well for all
of you who have no idea, Melvin works for Odyssey 105 FM as a news anchor and we happened
to hear from him in a nervous and tense scene and it seemed like a tornado was hitting
where he was at the time. AIO never emphasized what happened to him and we could only
guess.
Fortunately, later in
"Break a Leg" Melvin appears a second time, and that's the answer to the
original question. No, he isn't dead from being swept up by a powerful tornado. He's doing
fine and enjoying life (we hope).
